- Reduce the need for Tier 4 admissions wherever possible
- Provide urgent or emergency staffing, including 24-hour support during periods of high risk
- Support step-down from hospital or secure settings with appropriate therapeutic oversight
- Deliver wraparound support for children with complex presentations that challenge traditional care models
- Enable local authorities to meet their statutory duties under the Care Act and Children Act
- Reduce out-of-area placements by providing intensive local support

Our staff support a wide range of needs, including CAMHS, learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and sexually harmful behaviour. All staff are trained in:
- Trauma-informed practice and attachment-based approaches
- Safe de-escalation techniques and therapeutic crisis intervention
- Safeguarding and recognising contextual safeguarding risks
- Understanding and managing complex risk in community settings
- Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams (social workers, education, youth justice)
