CAMHS Professionals are currently seeking experienced and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our Nurseries based in London.

About the position: 

Working with children from 1-5 years old. You will be supporting them throughout their development and carrying out different day-to-day observations.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
• Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, preferably in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A genuine passion for working with children, providing them with the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and supervision to children aged 1-5 in line with the policies and procedures.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and educational programs that promote children's physical, intellectual, and social development.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children feel secure and supported.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations and assessments.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Continuously engage in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
