CAMHS Ward Manager - Agency Contract (3 Months, with View to Extend)
We’re seeking a Ward Manager to join a leading provider of specialist mental health care in the West Midlands area. This is an agency contract role for 3 months, with the potential to extend, paying highly above market rates.
About the Role:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in a child and adolescent mental health (CAMHS) General Adolescent Unit (GAU)
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership and ensure high standards of clinical care
- Manage day-to-day operations, patient care, and compliance with clinical standards
- Support professional development of staff and promote a recovery-focused environment
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in mental health and CAMHS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior nursing role (Deputy Ward Manager/CTL or similar)
- Right to work in the UK
